Reservation Information

Thank you for your application. This message is to help you prepare for your visit.

Important reminders (please read)

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Cancellation fee: 50% (the day before) / 100% (same day).
  • Payment: No deposit is required. Payment is due after the experience on the day.
  • Correct location: We have sister stores nearby—please make sure you are at the correct store.

About the time of your visit

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation of reservations

A cancellation fee of 50% of the plan price will be charged on the day before the reserved date,
and 100% on the day of the reservation.

What to bring with you

  • Please bring your makeup tools for when you leave.
  • We provide cleansers, facial cleansing foam, hair dryers, irons, towels, etc.
  • *If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own basic cosmetics.
    If you are concerned about general cosmetics, please bring the makeup base you normally use.
  • Although it is not required, we recommend bringing colored contact lenses (rimmed lenses recommended) for a better makeover.

Information on the day

  • You may wear your usual attire and makeup on the day of your visit.
    If you are planning a shoulder-revealing style, please avoid undergarments such as bra tops.
  • Please wash your hair the day before and arrive clean.
  • Hair styling note: The OIRAN Plan usually use natural hair.
  • If you have eccentric hairstyles, unusual hair color, or very short hair, the hairstyle options we can create may be limited.
    Our makeup staff will suggest options on the day—please discuss and decide together.

About payment

  • Payment is due after the experience on the day.
  • No deposit or advance payment is required.
  • Payment can be made by cash, credit card, and some electronic payment methods.

Nearest stations: Keihan Main Line Gion-Shijo Station or Hankyu Kyoto Line Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station.
We have sister stores nearby, so please be careful not to choose the wrong store.
