Until now, we have done our best to welcome as many guests as possible while taking individual circumstances into consideration.
However, our women’s experience services are operated within a store layout that includes shared dressing and preparation areas, and part of the process also involves changing into undergarments.

After careful consideration, we have concluded that, under our current store layout and operational system, it is difficult to consistently maintain an environment in which all guests and staff can feel comfortable and secure.
We also believe that it is not appropriate for our studio to ask highly sensitive personal questions in order to provide individual exceptions.

For these reasons, our women’s experience services will now be available only to guests whose physical sex characteristics are female.
Guests whose physical sex characteristics are not female cannot be accommodated for women’s services under our current facility and operational system.
